He asked a few questions over the phone and requested a video be sent so he could gain an idea before coming out. Arrived the next morning at 06:45, boiler out, faults identified, components replaced, tested and recommissioned by 09:00. Couldn't do enough to help and prices very reasonable! “If ur looking for a professional, speedy, reliable plumber ~ U can stop looking; You've found him! I found Sigma/Simon through Google.. Reviews looked good so thought I'd give him a try but not get my hopes up too much as the famous "Pembrokeshire Promise" is often the case (where they say something will get done, but it won't) Not this time though! I phoned up in the eve + explained i had no heating or hot water/my boiler had packed in. Simon came when he said he would, which was a good start + filled me with confidence. He was very nice, easy to talk to + got straight into the job; spotted the problem within minutes - pump had died.. As it happened, he had the exact one I needed in the van, so drained the boiler, replaced the pump and it fired up! He took the time to explain why it happened, in a way I could understand. Sigma will definitely be my first choice for any plumbing + heating probs in future + I'm about to book my annual service with them now! “Phoned in with boiler breakdown problem around at 9.30am in the morning. Simon managed to get to us at around 3pm on his way back from another job. Quickly diagnosed problem and changed part to get the boiler working again with minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon”

It was a relatively simple job that needed doing but it was late on a friday night and i was in a real jam with leaking pipework beneath my kitchen sink and the added pressure of having to turn off neighbours water supply to stop it. Came out, got things secure and didn't take advantage of the situation to charge an extortionate amount. Great plumber. Very thankful he came out to rescue me from a dire situation. “Just had Simon fit a new boiler and replace my old heating system, despite the weather over the last few days he arrived at 7am every day this week without fail. Very happy with the work done, he advised, suggested, chose and fitted our new boiler. We now have radiators that hadn’t worked for some time blasting out heat like they were brand new! “My elderly mother had a plumbing problem late last Friday. Her toiler was blocked and water would not stop entering the cistern. Knowing no plumbers in Pembrokeshire, I Googled 'Milford Haven plumber' and clicked on Sigma Plumbing. I called at 16:54 and explained the problem. Sigma Plumbing called back at 17:14 to advise that the water feed to the cistern had been turned off. Pressure of work meant that they could not solve the entire problem but within 4 minutes they had text to me details of someone who could. They are visiting tomorrow. Sigma Plumbing could easily have said 'No' when I called. They didn't. Thank you. See less 5 stars”
